Honestly, Niagara Falls is the big one for me. It’s close enough that I’ve always thought, I can go anytime, so it keeps getting pushed back. Everyone talks about it like it’s this must-see, once-in-a-lifetime place, yet somehow I’ve managed to live near it and never actually go.

It’s funny how that works — we’ll travel far for experiences but overlook the iconic spots right in our own backyard. One of these days I really do want to see it in person, not just in photos or postcards, and finally understand why it leaves such a strong impression on people.
